EdPuzzle Troubleshooting
Steps to attempt to Resolve issues with Edpuzzle & Schoology integration.
1) Clearing Browser Cache
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
(2) Allowing 3rd-Party Cookies
If you have an error message such as "Access Denied" when opening a Google Drive assignment in Schoology, please try the following suggestions to fix it:
