If you get a pop-up message to download Flash for a website, like Flip Grid on your MacBook Air, make sure you are in the Chrome browser and follow these instructions:

1. To the left of the web address in the Chrome browser, click Lock or Info .

2. At the bottom of the pop up window, click Site Settings.

3. In the new tab, to the right of "Flash," click the Down arrow and choose Allow.

4. Go back to the site and reload the page.

5. Flash should be working now.
