Classroom Audio issues with No Sound

When having issues with Zoom/ or Classroom Audio.
You need to specify the Audio Out. First you need to enable the volume option in the menu bar. Go to System Preferences and Navigate to Sound, then check off "Show Volume in Menu Bar."

Once you have done that, click on the Volume iCon in the menu bar by the time. You want to ensure you are on the right source.

Now this is the tricky part. If you are using the audio from the headphones because you still want to play audio WITHOUT the projector, you will want to ensure   the source is "MacBook Air External Headphones."

You will then want to make sure these settings match in Zoom....

Once you are in Zoom, click the arrow next to the microphone.  Here you will also see multiple audio sources. Make sure you have the same one selected as your computer.

I have seen the "Same as System" checked off, but if the source needs to be changed on the system, it doesn't always change in Zoom, unless you quit and re-open.
